Mozzarella stuffed Tio Jorge Yuca Cheese Bites from MIC Food with an arrabbiata sauce, olive tapenade, and fresh basil.

Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 half Small yellow onion, finely diced
- 6 large cloves Garlic, sliced thin
- 1 can Tomato puree
- 1/2 cup Packed fresh basil leaves, torn or roughly-chopped
- tt. Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Saute chili flakes for 15 seconds.
- Add onion and garlic. Saute 1-2 minutes.
- Add in tomato puree and fresh basil leaves. Cook no less than 10 minutes. The longer you cook the thicker the sauce will be and flavor will develop.
- Season to taste.
Yuca Cheese Bites
INGREDIENTS
- Tio Jorge Yuca Cheese Bites
- Oil for frying
- Salt
METHOD
- Deep fry at 350f until cheese starts to melt. 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt out of the fryer.
Pour some sauce into a bowl. Add in Yuca Cheese bites. Top with olive tapenade and fresh basil.
