Rocky road blondie bars with white chocolate pieces, creamy marshmallows and a burst of SKITTLES® POP’d.

Blondie Base
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 tbsp. Butter
- 1 ea. Egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup AP Flour
Blondie Toppings
INGREDIENTS
- White chocolate chips
- Marshmallows
- SKITTLES® POP’d
METHOD
- Mix by hand.
- Place in 8×8 baking tin lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350F for 18-20 min until the top is barely golden and the middle is barely set.
- Add white chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
- Bake for 5 more minutes and let it cool slightly before spreading.
- Sprinkle with SKITTLES® POP’d
