Chef’s Roll is thrilled to partner with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) to bring a unique, international culinary experience to Chicago on January 24th, 2025.

Taste of Japan is a special opportunity for chefs and F&B professionals of the greater Chicago area to join a complimentary afternoon of community and education as they taste and sip their way through a selection of products from Japan.

Eleven food exhibitors and three sake exhibitors will showcase a variety of products, including sake, yuzu, shiitake mushrooms, dashi, koji, konbu, premium Japanese rice, and more. Attendees will have the chance to sample these products and meet the producers.

We would be delighted if you could join us at this event. Please register using the form below by January 17th to confirm your attendance.
