Fell in love with food since i was young, and how the food came together by watching it in my mother's kitchen, learning mis en place before culinary school, learning how to cook with love and to love what you cook from my mother taught me so much on who i am today and what i do in my kitchen now. The discipline, that strict tough love, the love, the joy, the happiness, the importance, all started in my mother's kitchen. Working in the industry since i was 14, from hotel banquets and restaurants to understand that it's not the food that matters in the kitchen but the team work, organization, the hard work, passion, dedication and humility, small is the reward but great is the joy seeing people enjoying the experience from the story that comes with the plate, every single element to make up the important of the component of dish is a story i tell everyday and will never stop telling until the day i die. There is no greater love than food.
