I’m so excited about cooking, so far I’ve been the chef ambassador for Chefs Roll. Did a Cholula Hot Sauce commercial with Chefsfeed. I won first place in the quesadilla competition hosted by Chefs Roll. I also won fist place in last years Hyatt’s Great Taste Series regionals. I also had the opportunity to help a fellow chef at the James Beard House. I’ve been the judge for a culinary competition at The Art Institute in San Antonio for the past 3 years.
