Green & Gold Brat Guacamole

INGREDIENTS
- 2 ea. Bratwurst Links, smoked & diced
- 1/2 ea. Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
- 3 ea. Avocados
- 4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- 1 ea. Green Onion, chopped
- 1 ea. Jalapeño, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
- Pinch of Salt
- Pretzel Chips, to serve
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute bratwurst until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
- Add yellow bell pepper to the pan and saute until peppers are softened and browned in spots, about 3 minutes more. Set aside to cool.
- Dice Avocados from Mexico and place in a medium bowl. Mash lightly with a fork.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, and the cooled bratwurst and peppers. Stir gently and salt to taste.
- Serve with pretzel chips.
