Green & Gold Brat Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ea. Bratwurst Links, smoked & diced
  • 1/2 ea. Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 3 ea. Avocados
  • 4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • 1 ea. Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 ea. Jalapeño, minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pretzel Chips, to serve

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute bratwurst until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
  2. Add yellow bell pepper to the pan and saute until peppers are softened and browned in spots, about 3 minutes more. Set aside to cool.
  3. Dice Avocados from Mexico and place in a medium bowl. Mash lightly with a fork.
  4. Add cheddar cheese, green onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, and the cooled bratwurst and peppers. Stir gently and salt to taste.
  5. Serve with pretzel chips.
