Chef’s Roll’s traveling culinary competition, Chef’s Plate, headed to Seattle, where two chefs will went head to head in a battle for the title. On Monday Sept 9th, 2019, Chef Reginald Jacob Howell of En Rama and Chef Sadie White of Staple and Fancy, cooked three courses for every lucky guest in the house at Atrium Kitchen at the legendary Pike Place Market. They worked with Fair Trade Anova Ahi Tuna and Te Mana lamb from New Zealand, cooking to impress a panel of 5 judges.
After an epic night of delicious food, ultimately Chef Howell was victorious and took home the FOH “Perfectly Plated” and Chef’s Roll trophies, a 3 piece custom knife set from Bello Blades and a gift card and prize back from Shoes for Crews! Both chefs will receive a Kitchen Makeover from Spiceology, shoes from Shoes for Crews and outfitted in custom coats and aprons from Lost Car Chef Apparel. Congrats, chefs!
