HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

- Dish creation and submission. 50 competitors will be selected to receive samples of the The Award-Winning Cello Mascarpone by Schuman Cheese and will have until December 8th, 2023 to create an original dish and post it on the meez platform!
- Judging and Winner Announcement. Judges from Chef’s Roll and other industry experts will review entries and announce the winners on December 18th, 2023!
Prizes:
- One Grand Prize Winner will receive $5,000 cash
- One Second-Place Winner will receive $2,500 cash
- One Third-Place Winner will receive $1,000 cash
