The Open Prairie® Natural* Angus team understands the value of openness – it’s our
namesake. Now we’re welcoming all U.S.-based chefs to open their kitchens and show off
their creative chops.
Selected chefs will be provided Open Prairie Natural Beef flap meat to create a
showstopping dish. The top-ranked chef will win an all-inclusive trip for two to The Ranch at
Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Montana.
Spanning over 66,000 acres of ranch land, The Ranch at Rock Creek is a five-star experience,
complete with luxury accommodations, spa, dining and on-ranch adventures.

How to participate:
- Registration is open until September 18, 2022.
- Sample shipment. 25 chefs will be selected to receive a complimentary sample by October 2, 2022.
- Dish creation and submission. Competitors will have until October 16, 2022 to create an original dish and post it on their public Instagram account, tagging @openprairienatural, @tysonfoodservice and using #greatwideopencontest
- Judging. Judges will review entries and announce winners on or around October 20, 2022.

Prizes:
- Grand Prize: All expenses paid trip for two, lasting three nights and four days, at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Montana. Billed as a “luxury dude ranch,” it is The World’s First Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Guest Ranch.
- Second Prize: $500 cash (payable as check), plus Open Prairie branded merchandise.
- Third Prize: $250 cash (payable as check), plus Open Prairie branded merchandise.
