Chef’s Roll is throwing another Beefsteak, on Monday October 28, 2019 at San Diego’s hottest new venue: Julep. An all you can hold beef & beer event that will feature 6 different cuts of prime Brandt Beef sponsored by One World Beef. All meat will be cooked via live fire thanks to KUDU Grills and Jealous Devil charcoal. And since we always do things a little different, there will be one plant-based dish featuring MIC Food plantains – because beef + plantains = EPIC pairing! 10 Barrel Brewing Co is once again generously providing the brews and Snake Oil Cocktail company will be crafting cocktails. The night ending in an Underberg toast to settle the stomach after all that beef!
Look out for famed photographer Josue Castro taking chef portraits and our friends from Spiceology making it spicy, TrueCooks bringing the swagger along with their founder, Chad Minton and Fortessa providing platters for those beefy plate ups!
