Free Industry Japanese Wagyu Event in Houston

Chef’s Roll is thrilled to partner with Beef Japan to offer a complimentary opportunity for industry professionals in the greater Houston area to level up their knowledge of one of the planet’s most premium ingredients at an event featuring education, networking, and of course WAGYU TASTING!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Wagyu Cutting Show: Experience the exquisite art of cutting premium Japanese Wagyu up close, with a demonstration from Butcher Tanaka of the most famous meat school in Japan. The demonstration will feature opportunities for chef attendees to try cutting wagyu themselves.
  • Wagyu Tasting: Enjoy several courses of Wagyu, including raw tasting and prepared dishes from the legendary Uchi team. Paired with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options.
  • Networking Reception: Engage directly with top-tier Wagyu producers and meat industry professionals from Japan. This is a unique opportunity to exchange the latest industry insights and expand your business network.

EVENT AGENDA:

  • 1:30: Reception with aperitifs and wagyu bites.
  • 2:00: Presentations including butchery demonstration and tasting, wagyu masterclass education, and greeting from Japanese meat industry representatives.
  • 3:30: Networking, as four Wagyu dishes are prepared in an open kitchen and served.
  • 4:30: Closing
