In the Kitchen | Las Vegas

On Monday, December 4th 2017, Chef’s Roll teamed up with Patagonia Mussel to host “In the Kitchen”, a day of camaraderie amongst chefs and industry professionals. The event was generously hosted by The Venetian/Palazzo and Chef Olivier Dubreuil at the high rollers only, Paiza Club on the 36th floor of The Venetian in Las Vegas.

The event featured a variety of mussel dishes from chefs Mathew Voskuil, Chef de Cuisine of the Venetian/Palazzo; Jean David Groff-Daudet, Chef de Cuisine of the Venetian/Palazzo; Shaun King, Executive Chef of Momofuku Las Vegas; Nicolas Costagliola, Assistant Executive Chef at Bacchanal Caesars Palace; and Rafael Salines-Catala, Executive Chef at Julian Serrano Tapas; paired with great Chilean wines.

Each featured dish was plated on FOH® plateware and styled by the Little M Tucker team based out of New York City.
