On Monday, May 15, Chef’s Roll teamed up with Patagonia Mussel to host “In The Kitchen”, a day of community for chefs, at Brooklyn Girl Eatery in San Diego.

A beautiful spread of produce was provided by Produce Services of Los Angeles and we enjoyed some great Chilean wines and craft beer from Duck Foot, while savoring mussel dishes all plated on Front of the House plates by local chefs, including chefs Phillip Esteban of Consortium Holdings, Rob Ruiz of The Land Water & Water Company, Aarti Sanghavi of The Hake, Brian Redzikowski of Kettner Exchange, Rachel Snyder of Concept two.seven.eight and Jeff Bonilla.
