Meat & Livestock Australia’s “Raise the Steaks” immersion in San Diego took it to a whole new level with a traditional Filipino “Boodle Fight” (see photos in the gallery above) put on by Chef Roy Villacrusis and his family the first night and a cookout with unparalleled San Diego bay views on the second day.
