Pacifico Aquaculture: Baja Culinary Field Trip

On November 6th, Chef’s Roll traveled down the coast to Enseneda, Mexico with nine of Southern California’s best chefs to visit Pacifico Aquaculture and their incredible farm where they raise certified sustainable striped bass. We came, we saw, we swam, we learned, we cooked, and we ate (of course). Check out the recap of our trip below.
