Vinesh Jugwanth is an Executive Chef with Gulf Catering Company in Abu Dhabi. Originally from South Africa, he works with a dedicated culinary team of 26 chefs producing outstanding gastronomic creations. His team hails from Uganda, Nepal, India, Egypt and the Philippines.
This was his first time at a Worldchefs Congress and he had this to say about it:
“A phenomenal experience getting to meet world renowned chefs and upcoming young culinarians from around the globe, sharing their experiences and talents. l was amazed at the wonderful work that Worldchefs Organization is expediting through various mediums. I was also delighted to be exposed to the current eating and culinary trends of today.”
