INGREDIENTS

  • 12 ea. Open fresh oysters
  • 300 ml. Soy sauce
  • 100 ml. Sesame oil
  • 1 ea. Chile serrano
  • 2 ea. Green onions
  • 3 spoons Cilantro, chopped
  • ½ ea. Red onion
  • 1 ea. Orange, juiced
  • 4 ea. Lemons, juiced
  • 4 ea. Limes, juiced
  • Microgreens

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop thin the serrano, cilantro, red and green onions.
  2. Mix the Soy sauce with the citric, add the chopped serrano’s, onions and cilantro. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Then with a whisk slowly add the sesame oil to incorporate.
  4. Server one spoon over the oyster and decorate with micro greens.
