INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz. Fresh Burrata Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heirloom Grape and Pearl Tomatoes, cut in half
- Salt
- 1/2 tbsp. Naturel Agave
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze (chef’s preference)
- Fresh Basil Leaves to garnish
METHOD
- Cut the tomatoes in half and toss with natural agave and a pinch of salt to bring out the natural sweetness of the tomato fruit.
- Next, plate the tomatoes and delicately place buratta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and a bit more Naturel Agave. Finish with fresh basil leaves as a garnish.
Chef’s Note: The best sugar substitute on fresh berries is Naturel Agave and a dash of sea salt to bring out the natural sweetness of the fruit without a heavy sugary aftertaste.
