Portion Size: 2-4 riblets
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Gouchujang
- 1 Rack Babyback Ribs (cut into individual ribs)
GARNISH
- Scallions (chopped fine)
- Sesame Seeds
- Candied California Walnuts (chopped fine)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat fryer to 350F
- In a large bowl combine honey and gouchujang and mix well
- Deep fry ribs for 2-3 minutes or until crisp
- Toss with desired amount of honey-gouchujang and place on a plate
- Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds and chopped candied walnuts
