INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Gouchujang
  • 1 Rack Babyback Ribs (cut into individual ribs)

GARNISH

  • Scallions (chopped fine)
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Candied California Walnuts (chopped fine)

 DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat fryer to 350F
  2. In a large bowl combine honey and gouchujang and mix well
  3. Deep fry ribs for 2-3 minutes or until crisp
  4. Toss with desired amount of honey-gouchujang and place on a plate
  5. Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds and chopped candied walnuts
