They are extending an opportunity for any cooks, in Los Angeles, or around the world, to enjoy their multi-course tasting menu for free. The Back-of-House Exchange Program is guided by a belief that experiencing and enjoying good food is what inspires the next generation to continue to push the limits of what is possible, and create the great restaurants of the future.
How do you take advantage of the offer? Simple. If you are a cook, working at any level, in any kitchen, it’s possible. All they ask is a ‘letter of recommendation’ from your Chef. Something saying that you are a cook with potential, desire and drive. GO visit, they look forward to cooking for you!
