Calling all chocolatiers and pastry chefs! Want to win an all expenses paid1 trip to Belgium, courtesy of Callebaut Chocolate? Chef’s Roll is honored to be partnering with the finest Belgian chocolate makers for the Callebaut “Great Chocolate Stories” Competiton.

Chef’s Roll is asking professional chefs from around the US to share their “Great Chocolate Stories” using their favorite Callebaut products, in particular their “Finest Belgian Chocolate Range” that is made with sustainable cocoa. Fire up your imagination with their line of decorations too, like their Crispearls™  – whatever direction you take it’s time to get creative with Callebaut! Callebaut can be found through foodservice and specialty distributors across the US (Chefs’ Warehouse, Sysco, Restaurant Depot, BakeMark, Dawn, and many other regional distributors) or via this “where to buy” section.

The contest entry period is from Monday, June 20 – June 30th. Click here to enter by submitting a photo of your best Callebaut chocolate dish with a short description.

1Grand Prize Trip to Belgium – estimated value $3500. For the Grand Prize Trip, Callebaut will be responsible for airfare from the US to Brussels and transportation, lodging and meals for all group activities upon arrival to Brussels and returning to the Brussels airport. Grand Prize Winners must have valid passports and/or visas in time for the trip. Any expenses outside of the group activity will have to be covered indiviudally. Participants will be responsible for their transportation to/from their home airports.
