Guac ‘n’ Roll Contest

Over 120 chefs participated in our Guac ‘n’ Roll contest presented by Avocados From Mexico that ended with one lucky and talented chef getting a trip to the Super Bowl. We asked professional and aspiring chefs what guacamole they would create for Santana…maybe “Oye Como Guac” with a spicy kick? How about for Lenny Kravitz? Katy Perry? This was the challenge: a major rockstar is touring through your town and can’t wait to try your custom guac recipe made special for them. Enter your idea for a chance to win a package to The Big Game (ticket, travel, and accommodations) and other fantastic culinary prizes.
We had our in-house chef recreate the top five entries for our judging panel consisting of Chef Amiko Gubbins (Lenny Kravitz’s friend and past personal chef), 2014 World Food Champion Chef Ricardo Heredia, and Chef Antonio Friscia. Watch the results below.
