The (Renegade) Chef Survey was created by Winnie Sun of Sun Group Wealth Partners to better understand the financial habits, benefits, and challenges of individuals in the culinary world. The results will serve as a backbone to a financial guide specifically geared for the culinary/hospitality industry. Those who participate will receive a copy of the study results, an early copy of this Financial Guide for Chefs, an invitation to two global tweet chats, and a list of helpful, and simple financial tips.
Chefs are invited to participate in a study that is about them and for them. Sun Group Wealth Partners may select chefs who participate in the survey to be interviewed as part of the project. For years, chefs and restaurants have been a misunderstood and often overlooked industry for the financial experts. Instead, television shows, social media review sites, have elevated or deflated restaurants. Here is a chance for you to share your story, your thoughts, and help us explain to the public what hard work, and financial responsibility goes into the price of each dish.

The results of the survey will be used in a chef’s guide to be published the first quarter of 2016. Cooks and Chefs of any level are invited to take the survey.
