The Future Menus Contest: Irresistible Vegetables

Calling all US and Canada* based chefs and culinary operators! Chef’s Roll has teamed up with Unilever Food Solutions to challenge you to embrace Future Menus for a chance to win BIG.

Irresistible Vegetables is the first of five Future Menus contests we’ll be hosting this year, exploring trends from Unilever’s research.


Register below and submit your entry by July 19th to compete for one of three $5,000 cash and gift card Grand Prize prize packages, or one of ten $400 Korin gift cards.

This contest is all about Irresistible Vegetables.

Diners demand food that is not only full of nutrition and nourishment, they want it to look aesthetically interesting – and vegetables might be the answer.

Veg allows cooking to become an artform, with chefs able to create vibrant and picturesque plates that excite diners and leave them feeling inspired. Read more about the trend below.


HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. Registration: If you are interested in competing, register below immediately. Upon registering, you will be provided with a link to submit your dish.
  2. Dish creation and submission. By July 19th, you must submit a photo and description of your original dish exploring the concept of Irresistible Vegetables.
  3. Judging and Winner Announcement. Judges will consider all submitted dishes and announce the winners on July 26th, 2024!
