The Tender Belly Bacon Feast Contest

Attention US-based chefs and culinary professionals: Register by November 24th for a chance to compete and win BIG!

75 competitors will be chosen to utilize complimentary samples of Tender Belly’s premium meaty bacon in an original feast-worthy dish.

Three winners will take home a custom-engraved blade from Meglio knives, along with cash prizes, including $500 for the Grand Prize Winner.

Tender Belly bacon is thick-cut and dry-rubbed with freshly ground spices like real chili flakes and Vermont maple sugar. Smoked with natural hardwood, it boasts a rich flavor that’s #CrazyTasty.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. Registration: Register below for a chance to compete by November 24th.
    • 75 people will be selected, receiving free bacon to use in their dish.
  2. Dish Creation & Submission: Competitors who are selected will have until December 22nd to create an original dish using Tender Belly bacon and upload a high-res photo.
    • As the holidays approach, we’d love to see menu-able “Bacon Feast” dishes that will hold appeal for your diners now AND throughout the coming year.
  3. Judging & Winner Announcement: A panel of judges will review entries to determine the Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize winners. Results will be announced on December 31st.
