Chef’s Roll celebrates innovation in the kitchen, and we are thrilled to offer a new opportunity for chefs to learn about some of the most groundbreaking technology in the kitchen.

In 2020, we launched the first season of Kitchens of the Future with IRINOX, Henkelman, and RATIONAL- three exciting innovators. For Season Two we’re expanding to include Polyscience. The equipment from these four makers is truly on the cutting edge of culinary innovation, and all four work in unison.

Now, we are once again inviting our US-based community of chefs and industry personnel to register for a chance to win a free trip to win an all-expenses paid trip to Miami and receive custom, hands-on training with all the equipment. The trip will be filled with innovative culinary dinners and VIP experiences.
