Ancho Orange Cake

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Fold in ancho orange puree with cake batter wet ingredients. Bake according to box instructions.

Ancho Orange “Caramel”

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Cook sugar gently until it starts to caramelize. Add in butter and ancho orange puree and stir/whisk until emulsified. Strain to remove any particles.
  2. After cake is baked and cooled top with ancho orange caramel. Slice citrus and top cake.
