California Breakfast Burrito with organic, sugar-free North Country Applewood Smoked Bacon, guacamole, french fries, scrambled eggs, and cheese.

Bacon
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack North Country Smoked Bacon
METHOD
- Place on a baking rack and bake at 375f until crispy. Save any fat for future use.
Burrito
INGREDIENTS
- Scrambled Eggs
- Guacamole
- French Fries
- Cheese
- Bacon
- Hot Sauce
METHOD
- Gently scramble your eggs. You can make your guacamole the night before. Fry French fries til crispy or cook in the oven at the same time as your bacon. Cook your tortilla on both sides.
- Layer your guac as the glue. Place down your French Fries, cheese, Eggs and then NC bacon.
- Start the fold of the tortilla with your thumbs and the back of the tortilla over the food then curl the tortilla over with your index fingers. Tuck in. Then using your whole hands and wrists, roll the burrito into a cylinder.
- Good hot sauce is mandatory.
