Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrots and daikon
- 1/2 cup Snow peas
- 1 pack Stir fry noodles
- Shaoxing wine
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Creamy Ginger Pepper Ready-to-Use Sauce
METHOD
- Sauté mushrooms for 2 minutes until golden brown. Add in snow peas, carrot and daikon.
- Sauté for 1 minute and deglaze with Shoaxing wine. Remove and reserve.
- Add in noodles and lightly sauce. Add in creamy ginger pepper sauce. Stir.
- Add in the vegetables and toss. Garnish with cilantro.
