Plantain Masa Battered Fish
INGREDIENTS
- Light beer (enough to make pancake batter consistency)
- 2 cups Plantain masa or flour
- 2-3 pieces Cod
METHOD
- Preheat oil to 350f.
- Batter and fry fish until golden brown and cooked through.
Vinegar Dusted Sweet Potato Fries
INGREDIENTS
- United Flavors® Sweet Potato Fries
- Vinegar powder
METHOD
- Fry at 350f until crispy and toss in the vinegar powder and salt to taste.
