Honey caramelized croissant waffle topped with strawberry lavender honey syrup and fresh fruit.

Strawberry Lavender Syrup
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Strawberries
- 1 tsp. Lavender
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Water (approx. add a little at a time as needed )
METHOD
- Add strawberries to pan on medium low heat.
- As the water purges from the strawberries add the honey and lavender. Adding more water if needed.
- Blend.
Croffle
INGREDIENTS
- Honey Drizzle
- Croissant
- Waffle Iron
METHOD
- Place croissant into waffle iron and drizzle with honey. Close and keep an eye out not to burn.
- Garnish with fresh berries, syrup, and whipped cream.
