King’s Hawaiian Reuben Sliders

Reuben sliders with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and sauerkraut on seared King’s Hawaiian slider buns

This recipe is part of the Chef’s Roll Test Kitchen, in partnership with King’s Hawaiian Foodservice and FOH.


Russian Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Sriracha ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. Pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. Grated yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • dash of Paprika
  1. Mix all ingredients together and store covered in the refrigerator for a couple hours to allow flavors to blend.

Reuben Sliders

  •  1 ea. Bag of pre-sliced Kings Hawaiian slider buns
  • tt. Butter
  • 16 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 lb. Corned beef
  • 8 oz. Sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sear both sides of the buns.
  3. Place bottom half of buns on a baking tray and cover with half the cheese, 8 slices.
  4. Layer corned beef on top and add sauerkraut on top.
  5. Spoon Russian dressing on top of the sauerkraut.
  6. Top with the last 8 slices of cheese and finish with the top half of the buns.
  7. Brush melted butter on top of the rolls and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm with extra dressing.
