Mango Sorbet

Mango sorbet with flavors of cheesecake.

This recipe is part of the Chef’s Roll Test Kitchen, in partnership with Mangos and FOH.



  • 1 cup Simple syrup ( 1 part water, 1 part sugar dissolved)
  • 3-4 ea. Mangoes
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp. Lime juice


  1. Blend the ingredients together.
  2. Push through a sieve.
  3. Pour into ice cream maker or kitchen aid attachment until frozen.
  4. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours..

Cheesecake Dots


  • 1 stick Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Heavy cream


  1. Whip.

Graham Crackers


  • 4-5 ea. Graham crackers
  • ½ stick Butter


  1. Place in food processor and toast.

Garnish with spiralized skin. Wrap around a safe metal cylinder and bake until crispy.
