“Marry Me” Chicken

“Marry Me Chicken” using FLASH 180™ Battered Sous Vide Chicken from Hormel Foodservice served with broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes.

Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • FLASH 180™ Battered Sous Vide Chicken 

METHOD

  1. Fry at 350f for 3 minutes or less.

“Marry Me” Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Capers
  • 1/3 cup Sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Herbs de provence
  • 1 tsp. Chili flake

METHOD

  1. Sauté garlic, add in herbs and chili flakes.
  2. Deglaze with chicken stock.
  3. Add in heavy cream, capers, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese.
  4. Reduce by approx. 1/3rd and add chicken into sauce to soak up flavor.

Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta.
