METHOD
- Fillet.
Strawberry Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
- 1 part Strawberry balsamic vinegar
- 1 part Olive oil
- 2 parts Canola oil
METHOD
- Whisk.
Garnish
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Squash blossoms
- 1/2 cup Lavender
- 1/4 cup Chocolate mint
- 1 tbsp. Green garlic
METHOD
- Dice the strawberries and squash blossoms.
- Place lavender, chocolate mint, and green garlic in a mortar and pestle and mash into a half paste.
- Toss with strawberries, squash, and vinaigrette.
