Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Fresh or frozen peas (Blanched)
- 2 ea. Small lemons segmented and charred
- 3 cloves Roasted garlic
- ¼ cup Tahini
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend.
- Remove and push through a tami or fine sieve.
- Garnish with crackers, feta, za’atar, and aleppo
