Ribeye seasoned with Mr. Frank’s Original all purpose blend and served with roasted carrots, parsnip puree, and parsnip chips.

Ribeye
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ea. Thick cut ribeye
- Mr. Frank’s Original seasoning
- 1 knob Butter
- Herbs and garlic for basting
METHOD
- Season the steak on all sides.
- Sear in a pan. Flip and baste.
- Finish in a 400f oven until desired temperature is reached.
Parsnip Puree
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ea. Parsnips, peeled and chopped
- Stock to cover
- 1 tbsp. Chopped herbs
- 1 knob Butter
TO BUILD
- Cook parsnips in stock with herbs until tender.
- Add into a blender and puree (adding liquid in small amounts to achieve thickness desired).
- Finish with butter and season.
Serve with roasted carrots and parsnip chips tossed in Mr. Franks Original seasoning.
