Purple Sweet Potato Fries
INGREDIENTS
- We Are United Flavors Purple Sweet Potato Fries
METHOD
- Fry at 350f until crispy.
Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 1-4 ea. Salmon filets
- 1 knob Butter
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- Herbs of choice
METHOD
- Sear salmon on presentation side.
- Flip and baste with butter, garlic, and herbs until desired doneness.
Eggs
INGREDIENTS
- Eggs
METHOD
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes and place into an ice bath to cool.
- Crack before eggs completely chill for ease of opening.
Avocado Green Goddess Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ea. Avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 filet Anchovy, rinsed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- tt. Salt and Pepper
METHOD
- Combine avocado, mayonnaise, anchovy, green onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Reserve.
