SKITTLES® POP’d Blondie Bar

Rocky road blondie bars with white chocolate pieces, creamy marshmallows and a burst of  SKITTLES® POP’d.

Blondie Base

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 6 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 ea. Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup AP Flour

Blondie Toppings

INGREDIENTS

  • White chocolate chips
  • Marshmallows
  • SKITTLES® POP’d

METHOD

  1. Mix by hand.
  2. Place in 8×8 baking tin lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 350F for 18-20 min until the top is barely golden and the middle is barely set.
  4. Add white chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 5 more minutes and let it cool slightly before spreading.
  6. Sprinkle with SKITTLES® POP’d
