Sweet Potato Hash Browns

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Bake in the oven at 350f until crispy.

Horseradish Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh horseradish grated
  • Chive

METHOD

  1. Blend in the food processor.

Garnish sweet potato hash browns with smoked salmon, horseradish cream sauce, and chives.
