I grew up harvesting seed with my grandfather in rural Arizona who also cooked! As I got older I gained a passion for food understanding the sensation of happiness coarsing through your body when some enjoys what you have presented in front of them hungry or not, I want to instill that heart felt moment with home cooking and ingredients native to my environment!
