My name is Raul Padilla I was first introduced to cooking when our family opened up a restaurant in Atotonilco el Alto Jalisco, home of Don Julio Tequila and Patron Tequila. I decided to go to culinary school and after graduating from the San Diego Art Institute I opened up a bakery with my father.
