I start as a pizza chef and then build my passion through the years, my first experience in a Michelin star restaurant was at the Royal Hospital rd by Gordon Ramsey, after that 2 more experience in Michelin stars restaurant in Italy until help to get a Michelin star and drive the first Hell's Kitchen restaurant in Europe at the Forte Village resort in Sardinia.
