When I was 14 years old I decided to study cooking. During the school breaks I made internships around 12 michelin stars seeking to learn more in a real work context. I’m graduated with a bachelors’ degree and masters’, constantly seeking to achieve the balance between food production with visual composition and sensations experienced by tasters based on scientific knowledge.
