I grew up watching cooking shows, baking cookies and just loving the way someone could make something so simple and fresh into a work of art. That lead to a start and a passion for being in the kitchen. I started asking anyone i could to show me something, anything really, how to set tables, how to make pasta etc.. Of course as well as an eleven year old girl could. By the time i got to high school I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I started looking into school, jobs, and so on. That lead me to a couple internships and eventually to culinary school. Now I'm working in the industry while getting an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts.
