Euro-Bake Potato Bun
METHOD
- Toast in the oven until crisp.
Chive Mayo
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Miso
- 1 tbsp. Chives
METHOD
- Live chives thin and mix.
Burger
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Ground Bison
- 1/2 Shallot
- 3 ea. Button Mushrooms
METHOD
- Mince shallot and mushrooms.
- Mix with ground Bison.
- Season With Salt and pepper.
- Place in toasted Euro-Bake Potato Bun.
- Melt Swiss.
- Garnish with sautéed onions and shitake mushrooms.
