Broccoli Top Pesto
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch Basil
- 6 oz. Parmesan, cubed
- Oil to blend
- 1 tbsp. Garlic
- Broccoli florets, shaved (save rest for puree)
METHOD
- Follow box instructions.
- Cook until al dente.
Gemelli
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lbs box Barilla Gemelli
METHOD
- Follow box instructions.
- Cook until al dente.
Za’atar Croutons
INGREDIENTS
- Sourdough bread
METHOD
- Cube and toss with za’atar spice.
- Toast.
