Cuisine Solutions, the world authority on sous vide cooking hosted the chef event of the year on Monday September 2nd, 2019 at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai. Top chefs of the region were invited to experience a globe-spanning showcase of sous vide cooking. Chef’s Roll took Chef Portraits and the co-founders were on hand to meet the Chefs.
