A simple and easy tomato sauce.

Tomato Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ea. Onion
- 1 bulb Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Herb blend
- 1 pack Ham bouillon
- 2 cans Whole roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Red wine
METHOD
- Sweat onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add herb blend and ham bouillon packet saute another minute.
- Deglaze with red wine.
- Add both cans of tomato.
- Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Cook no less than 20 minutes.
- Finish with a tbsp of olive oil, dash of red wine vinegar, and a knob of butter.
