Kimchi with fresh vegetables

VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

  • Cauliflower 1
  • Tomatillo
  • Kimchi 4oz 
  • Brussels sprouts 5
  • Baby Parsnips

 

METHOD

  1. Wash and chop vegetables. Toss with kimchi and a touch of olive oil. Torch baby parsnips if you have them.
